Dunedin Parks & Rec Offers Free Seminar On Caregiving Survival Tips

DUNEDIN, FL — Dunedin Parks & Recreation presents a free seminar for your "Caregiving Survival Tips" presented by Kelly Siegal with Empath Health.

The seminar will take place Tuesday, Nov. 16 at 10 a.m. at the Hale Senior Activity Center, 330 Douglas Ave. No reservations are necessary.

Keeping your sense of humor while things quickly change can be key to maintaining a caregiver’s health, said Siegal, who will talk about navigating community resources, taking time for yourself and reestablishing friendships all while maintaining your sense of humor.
