DUNEDIN, FL — Dunedin Parks & Recreation will present a free seminar on "Wills, Trusts & Estate Planning" with attorney Renee Decker Tuesday, Jan. 25 at 10 a.m. at the Hale Senior Activity Center, 330 Douglas Ave.
Learn how to create a will, trust, guardianship, and how to make your wishes known concerning health care decisions. Deck will discuss of roles in estate planning documents (executor, trustee, etc.), and what to keep in mind when selecting these people. There will be an opportunity for questions after the seminar.
