Here are the top 3 stories today in Dunedin:

  1. The City of Dunedin's Family FunFest event is this Friday, April 21, between 6 and 10 p.m. in Highlander Park. Spend the day with the family enjoying activities, games, music, food, and inflatables. A kid-friendly talent showcase will be held throughout the event, followed by a movie at dark. Be sure to bring the kids to this free fest! (Dunedin Gov)
  2. Thanks to a community challenge grant from AARP, a collection of Sidewalk Snapshots can be found along the front of the Dunedin Public Library. The rotating collection offers snapshots of Dunedin's history, things happening at the library, and more. Right now, the collection includes information about the Kellogg Mansion 3D Immersive Experience and plants salvaged from the mansion by the Dunedin Garden Club. Be sure to check them out the next time you're in the area! (Dunedin Friends of the Library)
  3. A new Hudson Valley Swim location is coming to Dunedin on July 1. They offer swimming lessons to students of all ages and abilities. Classes at basic levels teach safety and survival skills. Additionally, classes are also available at intermediate and advanced levels. Those interested can participate in group classes, private lessons, and specialized instruction for competitive athletes or students with special needs. An address for the new location has not been released yet. (HV Swim)
