Looking for a great place to put up guests in Dunedin?
We all know Dunedin is a great place to visit. And we love it when our friends and family come to town. We just don’t always want them to actually stay in our homes. But how do we get that across without sounding, you know, a little rude…?
Here’s an idea: strongly suggest they stay at the Mai Tai Suites. Owners John and Karen Bickford offer fully furnished 850 square foot 2-bed, 1-bath suites for less than the price of a hotel.

Today in Dunedin:
Saturday, June 24
- Summer Of Love 5K at HOB (8 a.m.)
- Beach Boot Camp at the Dunedin Causeway (9 a.m.)
- Cold Process Soap Workshop at Jade Soap Shop (10 a.m.)
- Breast Cancer Awareness at TD Ballpark (6:30 p.m.)

From my notebook:
- The City of Dunedin reminds residents to only flush the three Ps! Flushing anything other than pee, poo, and toilet paper can cause major sewage blockages that require extensive solutions. Items like baby wipes clog the city's plumbing systems and treatment facilities. Keep our city's sewers flowing smoothly and help avoid unnecessary expenses. (City of Dunedin via Facebook)
- If you're looking for something fun to do on the Fourth of July, check out some of these events happening around Pinellas County! Celebrate Independence Day with a variety of epic fireworks shows and family-friendly events going on nearby! (Pinellas County Government via Facebook)
- Save the date for Florida Folk Night on June 28 at 6 p.m. at Stirling Wine. The evening will offer entertainment by The Florida Boys, followed by Joe Milligan, Doug Lichterman, and Big Jim Allen together on one stage. (Stirling Wine via Facebook)
