Tisha is the most dedicated special ed teacher I have ever worked with. She created a special relationship with each of her students, as well as their families. Tisha goes above and beyond to ensure that each student reaches his or her full potential academically and socially. Ms. Phillips has a special way of making all people she comes in contact with instantly feel special and included. She is such an incredible teacher and Dunedin is fortunate to call her one of their own!

Tisha has been instrumental in helping so many students with disabilities reach their full potential academically and socially so that they can pursue their dreams.
