Here are the top 3 stories today in Dunedin:

  1. Are you thinking about checking out the Jolley Trolley's "World's Largest Brew Crawl"? Be sure to check out a review written by Stephanie Hayes of the Tampa Bay Times about her experience on the tour. While it wasn't necessarily smooth sailing, the pirate-themed experience is well worth the cost of $20 for a weekend of rides between breweries around Tampa Bay, where participants also receive discounts. The tour only runs through the end of May, after which they'll assess feedback and work out some kinks. Learn more about the brew crawl and get your tickets here. (Tampa Bay Times)
  2. The Dunedin Public Library is hosting a virtual Author Talk featuring the author of the New York Times Bestseller, "Raising Anti-Racist Children: A Practical Parenting Guide." Britt Hawthorne is an educator and advocate who wrote this "interactive guide for strategically incorporating the tools of inclusivity into everyday life and parenting." Register now at the link to hear her speak about her book on May 3 at 1 p.m. (Dunedin Library)
  3. Do you have a little artist in your family? Dunedin Parks & Recreation is offering a Little Art Masters summer camp for kids ages 8 to 11 between June 12 and June 16! Camp will be held between 9 a.m. and noon on weekdays at the Dunedin Community Center. All supplies are provided to campers so they can learn to create works of art using various techniques inspired by famous artists like Leonardo da Vinci and Van Gogh! Learn more and register for the camp online at www.DunedinGov.com/registeronline or in person at the Dunedin Community Center or MLK Jr. Rec Center. (City of Dunedin via Facebook)
