- The Dunedin Showcase Kids Theater will present two special performances on July 8 and July 9 at 3 p.m. in the Dunedin Community Center. The show includes two acts, with the first featuring the youngest members of the Dunedin Showcase Theater in a performance of "The Day Aliens Attacked Fairfield." This will be followed by a second act featuring older members in a performance of "Forgiven: A Fairytale." Tickets are $8 each and can be purchased at the community center ahead of time or on the day of the show. (City of Dunedin via Facebook)
- The Dunedin Public Library is hosting a Sustainability 101 presentation with Keep Pinellas Beautiful on July 7 at 2 p.m. The presentation will focus on educating attendees on what can be done to help protect and conserve our local environment. Guests will enjoy an interactive presentation that will focus on topics like reducing waste, water consumption, fertilizers, and more. Learn more about the event at the link. (Dunedin Library)
- In celebration of Independence Day, all city facilities will be closed on July 4. Exceptions include Highlander Pool, which will be open between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m., and the Kiwanis Sprayground, which will be open between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., weather permitting. Additionally, the Stirling Park Driving Range will be open on July 4 from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Residents can expect Tuesday waste and recycling pickup to take place on Wednesday instead. (Dunedin Gov)

- The Causeway Boulevard will be closed from Bayshore Boulevard to Honeymoon Island State Park beginning July 3 at 10 p.m. for the Kiwanis Midnight Run. It will reopen on July 4 at 3 a.m. There will be no access to the Causeway for the duration of the race. (Dunedin Gov)
- Since it's getting warm out there, the City of Dunedin shared some tips to keep your dogs safe from the heat. Some common tips include making sure your dog has access to water at all times and not walking them over hot pavement. Click the link to learn more! (City of Dunedin via Facebook)
- Pinellas County Mosquito Control provides mosquito treatment and prevention across the county. They do so by utilizing integrated pest management techniques, focusing on surveillance, prevention, and targeted treatments to eliminate mosquitoes. They also offer free educational programs for those interested in learning more about getting rid of mosquitos.
