Here are the top 3 stories in Dunedin today:

1. A schedule for January's recreational events for locals 50 and older has been released. Some upcoming events include a Highland Luncheon, the Senior Awareness Fair, Starlight Dance Series, and a concert performed by The Dunedin 3 O'Clock Big Band. All events will take place at the Hale Senior Activity Center. Various free health screenings will also be available throughout the month. You can view the full schedule here. (Press Release Desk)
2. The Kiwanis Adventure Run will offer both virtual and in-person participation options this year. You can choose between a 5-mile or 5K marked trail, each with challenging terrain including grass, sand, mud, and beach paths. In-person races will take place on January 9, 2022, at Honeymoon Island at 8:30 AM and will provide breakfast at the finish line. Those who wish to participate virtually can take on the course at their leisure between January 1 and January 9 using their Race Joy App. (Kiwanis Adventure Run)
3. Florida Skunk Rescue and HOB Brewing Company are hosting the 2nd Friday of the Month Night Market on January 14, 2022. The pet-friendly event will take place at HOB and will include vendors selling merchandise, food, and handcrafted items. Attendees can enjoy live music and skunk hugs!
