Here are the top three stories in Dunedin today:

  1. Dunedin Parks and Recreation will offer "Midnite Madness" for kids nine to 14 years old on August 26 at the Martin Luther King Jr. Recreation Center. Kids can participate in various activities between 7 p.m. and midnight including skating, extreme inflatables, mobile gaming and laser tag. The night will also include mini skate and trick scooter jams, music, giveaways and a snack food buffet. Those interested can register their kids online or in person at the recreation center. (Dunedin Patch)
  2. PSTA is hosting a career fair today between 9 a.m. and noon designed to connect job-seekers with employers near bus routes. “We know here at PSTA about 50% of our commuters use our services to get to and from work, and so we wanted to create a one-stop shop, a place where people can connect the dots,” said AJ Ortiz, PSTA’s Safety, Security and Training Supervisor. More than 20 companies seeking employers will participate including Career Source Pinellas, Pinellas County HR, Pinellas County Public Works, AGORA Edge, MedExpress Urgent Care and H&R Block. The career fair will be held at the PSTA Campus in St. Petersburg. (ABC Action News Tampa Bay)
  3. Dunedin Wines The Blues VIP tickets are now available online! These tickets offer premier seating at all four stages, food, and drinks. The festival is scheduled for November 12 between 1 and 11 p.m. along Main Street downtown. It will include live music, craft vendors, food, drinks and more.
