Open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Mother's Day, Bon Apetit Restaurant at 148 Marina Plaza, Dunedin, will roll out the red carpet for moms on Mother's Day.

Chef Stephen Farquhar has prepared a Mother's Day buffet from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. in the Sunset Ballroom with a welcome glass of house champagne.

Moms can choose from an array of appetizers and entrees including chilled mussels in a coconut curry sauce and lemongrass; seared yellowfin tuna with pickled ginger and wasabi cream; lobster eggpie with fresh cream; pan-seared salmon topped with sweet lemon butter and lemon zest; slow-roasted leg of lamb with demi glaze and mint jelly; and truffled macaroni and cheese with smoked gouda and Parmesan.

For dessert, there will be an assortment of cakes, cheesecakes, mousses, eclairs and mini pastries.
