New Online Utility Bill Pay Is Now Available For Dunedin Residents

DUNEDIN, FL — The city of Dunedin has launched a more secure, cost-free and user-friendly online utility bill payment system for its customers. The new and improved interface provides a myriad of benefits to customers, enabling them to pay their bills safer, faster, easier and more conveniently.

The new features includes a “Pay Now” capability that allows for quick payment without having to register an account.

In addition, registered account enhancements provide customers access to view and pay multiple accounts at once, view payment history and past billing statements, and the ability to set email payment reminders.

Payments can be made via credit, debit, ACH/eCheck or PayPal, PayPal Credit and Venmo. Also included are tools to securely save your payment information and the ability to schedule automatic payments.

Additionally, the city of Dunedin has implemented a new automated phone payment system with options such as quick-account balance review and payment with a credit card, debit card or eCheck via an easy-to-use call flow at 888-288-1862.

“We are excited about these changes, and they reflect our continual commitment to providing a superior customer service experience,” said Dunedin Director of Public Works Paul Stanek. “We recognize that customers want flexibility, accessibility, convenience and a user-friendly experience without sacrificing security. We believe these new features deliver this enhanced service to our residents.”
