  1. The Hale Senior Activity Center is holding a Painting Party on April 21 between noon and 2 p.m. for anyone interested in learning more about painting with acrylics. Caroline Brown, the founder of the Incredible Me Institute Inc. Art Club, will lead the class with tips and methods that will result in a painting of a beautiful sunset. All levels of experience 44 years and older are welcome. Attendees only need to bring a canvas, as all other materials will be provided. Those interested must register online or in person by April 19. (Dunedin Gov)
  2. Dunedin Showcase Theater will present several performances of "But Why Bump off Barnaby?" at the Dunedin Community Center. You can get tickets to performances on April 28 and April 29 at 7:30 p.m. and April 30 at 3 p.m. Additional performances are scheduled for May 4 through May 6 at 7:30 p.m. The play depicts the story of a murder at a family gathering, during which "it transpires that he had a motive to murder everybody else, but no one had a reason to want him dead." According to the description, "the killer is finally unmasked and destroyed using one of the funniest methods ever seen on a stage." Get your tickets now for $15. (Dunedin Gov)
  3. The Dunedin Public Library is hosting a Book Craft Party for tweens and teens interested in learning how to publish a book. Kids between six and 18 are invited to participate in the workshop on April 19 between 6 and 7:30 p.m. in the Community Meeting Room.
