Pinellas County Hiring 45 New School Bus Drivers

PINELLAS COUNTY, FL — The Pinellas County Schools district is looking to hire 45 school bus drivers for the upcoming school year.

As more students resume in-person learning, the Pinellas County School District expects to bus about 30,000 this year.

For those interested, the job pays $15.19 per hour, the highest salary among the larger Tampa Bay school district, and includes health benefits and a retirement plan for full-time employees with paid holiday and sick time.

Those in training will be paid $12.23 per hour for 30 hours per week.
