Public Meeting On South Dunedin Character Overlay Set For Feb. 15

The Dunedin City Commission approved the Zoning in Progress (ZIP) Doctrine to limit development in the neighborhood located south of Downtown until a character overlay district is developed and implemented.

There will be a meeting with stakeholders and the public on February 15, 5:30-7 p.m., in the Ballroom at the Hale Senior Activity Center, to gain feedback and ideas on creating the overlay district. This meeting will be live streamed. Learn more about this project here.
