Here are the top three stories in Dunedin today:

1. This year's Sunset Music Series will begin September 2 and continue every Friday throughout the month between 7 and 9 p.m. in Weaver Park. Bring some lawn chairs or a picnic blanket and enjoy a free concert brought to you by Dunedin Parks & Recreation. The schedule includes a wide variety of music genres including the classic rock band North2South on September 2, The Katz on September 9 who play everything from the '60s to today, a modern Celtic group called North of Argyll will perform on September 16, Prey For Rein will play country rock on September 23, and More is More will close out the series with some classic rock on September 30. Concessions will be available from Kinney's Kitchen. (Dunedin Gov)
2. Palate Culinary Services is hosting a special dinner event including gourmet cheeses with wine and beer pairings. The Wonderful World of Floribbean Foods Wines and Cheeses will be held on August 19 at 6:30 p.m. in Kirk Hall at the Church of the Good Shepherd. According to their website, Floribbean cuisine is a combination of Floridian and Caribbean cuisines. "It represents all the cuisines that evolved in or migrated to Florida. Its roots can be traced not only to the Caribbean, but also Latin America, Asia, Africa, and Europe." Tickets include a five-course meal, drinks, dessert and recipes! (It's All About The Food)
3. Dunedin HOB is hosting a Brewery Spotlight on August 19 highlighting Tidal Brewing Company located in Spring Hill, Florida. It will have four Tidal beers on tap including, a hazy IPA called Turbid Waters and a blonde ale with a touch of coconut Der Schwarzwald called Melusine. Be sure to stop by and taste them all with Tidal Brewing Company's owners between 5 and 9 p.m.! (All Events.in)
