How do you know your graduating student nominee?

I’m his mother

Tell us why they deserve to be nominated!

Christopher was born with a disability that paralyzed his right arm and shoulder. He worked hard to overcome his struggles and after two surgeries and years of working in the gym he has definitely risen above. He was raised without a father. Born the 5th of 8 siblings, Christopher always did his very best to love those around him. In recent years he has helped take care of his older sister who struggles with brain cancer and her own right side paralysis from the tumor. He is an incredible encouragement to her, and helps her to train her right arm in the same ways he’s done his very own.

Christopher maintained above a 3.0 average in spite of all the struggles and changes that he faced, and in spite of being raised by a single mom. Christopher is going on to learn a trade so that he can enter into “closed” countries in the Middle East to help other children rise above hard struggles by being a missionary. I’m just so proud of him!

What's one thing you want everyone to know about your graduating student nominee?

He’s got a big heart and will help anyone in need

Congratulations on your achievements, and all of our best wishes to you in the future, Christopher!
