Thank You, Maggy, Commenter of the Week!
We love when our readers share their opinions. Of course, we appreciate it when people agree to disagree, post important questions and share personal stories.

This week, we thank  for her comment on a Patch blog from a local attorney offering his perpective on high-profile George Zimmerman/Trayvon Martin criminal case happening in Osceola.
We appreciate that Maggy Graham respectfully questioned Patch's editorial judgement when it came to the photograph running alongside the blog ():
"Why did the Patch choose to use the thuggish looking mug shot from when he was 21 for this article, instead of the current one, taken when he is 28? Is this one more way to try someone in the press, to taint the jury pool, just subliminally? Or to covertly express an editorial opinion?"

The George Zimmerman/Trayvon Martin case is certainly of high news value in news rooms across Florida and the nation. Patch certainly does not have an editorial opinion on the case. Patch's priority is the news happening in our immediate community, but we recognize that a case of this nature still has local impact, which is why we are interested in what you — our community members — are saying about it. For this reason, we are grateful for Local Voices like Clearwater attorney , who can offer relevant legal perspective and start great local discussion through .Â
We appreciate that Maggy uses a dicriminate eye when digesting what she reads on Patch and, even more, that she followed our Terms of Use when she asked us to explain what we publish.
