Here are the top 3 stories today in Dunedin:

  1. The Dunedin Collective is hosting a Tropical Christmas Market on Dec. 11 at Pop Stansell Park in Palm Harbor. Attendees can stop by to enjoy live music and shop with 30+ vendors. Bring the kids for a meet and greet with Santa, fun activities, and special kids' sensory areas. Food trucks and drinks will also be on site! The market begins at 10 a.m., so be sure to stop by! (Dunedin Collective via Facebook)
  2. SPCA Tampa Bay's annual Day of Giving Telethon is coming up on Nov. 10. The event helps raise money for homeless animals and baby wildlife. During the telethon, all donations are matched by sponsors, like Dylan Marvin, who is supporting SPCA Tampa Bay in the loving memory of Nicholas Boddy. "The friends and family of Nicholas are proud to support SPCA Tampa Bay in all its efforts. Contributions made will benefit critters and humans alike, and we encourage all in the community to consider SPCA Tampa Bay when it's time to give!" A $25 donation will provide an animal food, shelter, and medicine for one day. (SPCA Tampa Bay via Facebook | SPCA Tampa Bay)
  3. The Dunedin Wines the Blues Festival is coming up on Nov. 12 between 1 and 11 p.m. Four stages will be set up downtown along Main Street and Broadway. Check the event website for the schedule of performances by bands like SoulFish, Backtrack Blues Band, No Money Down, and Memphis Lightning. Vendors, food trucks, and drink tents will also be set up along the street. This event is free to attend with VIP ticket options available online. Hope to see you there! (Wine the Blues)

  • Also, meet artist Elflocked Bohemian who will be attending her first Art Harvest! "My jewelry business was born out of the boredom we all had to deal with in early 2020 during quarantine. I was able to quit the 9-5 job and get myself a 24/7 job!" Elflocked will also be at the 58th Annual Art Harvest on Nov. 5 and Nov. 6 in Highlander Park.
