The City of Dunedin offers water fitness classes at Highlander Pool on Saturday mornings between 9 and 10 a.m. After June 3, classes will also be held at the same time on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. The classes offer a great cardio workout with little or no impact on the body. The workouts are designed to tone muscle, increase joint range of motion, and reduce pain and stiffness.
