- Sippin' Santa is heading to The Honu between Nov. 23 and Jan. 1! This pop-up event cleverly combines Christmas with tiki themes, making The Honu an ideal location for the occasion. In addition to the exceptional decor, the event offers unique cocktails. According to the Sippin' Santa website, this year’s drink specials include the Kris Kringle Colada which includes dark Jamaican rum, Cynar, allspice, lime juice, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut, and the Christmas Eve of Destruction, which includes dark overproof rum, herbal liqueur, nutmeg syrup, lime juice, and Angostura bitters.
