- Dunedin Parks & Recreation is offering a wreath making class for beginners on September 19 between 1 and 3 p.m. at the Hale Senior Activity Center. Have fun making a deco mesh autumn wreath while learning a different design style. The class repeats each month until December so you'll have the opportunity to create Halloween and Christmas wreaths as well! Wreaths begin at 14 inches and end up between 16 and 20 inches. Those interested must register online or in person by the Friday before each class. (Dunedin Patch)
- Don't forget, the city of Dunedin is holding its general municipal election on November 8. Residents are encouraged to come out and meet the candidates on September 14 at 7 p.m. in the Hale Senior Activity Center. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the individuals who are running for office and to ask questions about the issues that matter most to you. (Dunedin Patch)
- WFLA viewers Suzy and Chris Ballantyne captured a pod of dolphins on camera on Monday night. The incredible video shows the pod swimming past a glowing sunset in Dunedin around 8:30 p.m. According to those who took the video, at least six dolphins were swimming near each other. It's definitely worth checking out! (WFLA)
