PINELLAS COUNTY, FL — Pinellas County Utilities will begin the repair of a leaking 48-inch water main located under the westbound lanes of S.R. 580, just west of McMullen Booth Road in Clearwater, beginning on Saturday, March 12.

The project is located directly in front of Countryside High School and is scheduled to start during the week of spring break.

The project is scheduled to take up to three weeks, with a scheduled completion date of Friday, April 3.

Detours will be in place to direct traffic north and south on McMullen Booth Road, while eastbound lanes of S.R. 580 will remain open.

Students and parents will enter the school from the south on Charles Avenue.
