County-Funded Manufacturing Building To Bring 100 Jobs To Oldsmar
The building is the first economic development project to be completed under the Penny for Pinellas' Employment Sites Program.

OLDSMAR, FL — Pinellas County and the city of Oldsmar will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony Tuesday, Sept. 6 at 9 a.m. for the Brooker Creek South industrial manufacturing building.
The building is the first economic development project to be completed under the Penny for Pinellas' Employment Sites Program.
The new 60,000-square-foot building at the Brooker Creek Corporate Center will be occupied by medical manufacturer Microlumen, which will bring about 100 new jobs when it relocates to the new facility.

On hand for the ceremony will be Pinellas County Commission Chairman Charlie Justice; Oldsmar Mayor Dan Saracki; Dr. Cynthia Johnson, director of Pinellas County Economic Development; and Robert Webster II, president of Harrod Properties Inc., who will make remarks and take part in a ceremonial ribbon-cutting to celebrate the milestone.
