East Lake Tarpon Special Fire Control District Welcomes Community Feedback
The district will accept community feedback regarding its strategic improvement plan at several upcoming workshops.

East Lake Tarpon Special Fire Control District will be evaluating our strategic plan for improvement. Workshops to attain feedback from the community and guidance with the strategic planning review process will take place on the following dates:
Thursday, August 25 from 6:30pm to 9pm
Saturday, August 27 from 9am to 11:30am
Monday, August 29 from 6:30pm to 9pm

The workshops will be held in the training room at Station 57 located at 3375, Tarpon Lake Blvd. Palm Harbor, FL 34685.
We are inviting a cross-section of stakeholder groups affiliated with East Lake Tarpon Special Fire Control District to participate in this process. The intent of these meetings is to:

- Establish the community's current service program priorities
- Establish the community's current expectations of the organization
- Identify the Strengths of the organization
- Identify any Weaknesses of the organization
- Identify areas of Opportunity for the organization
- Identify potential Threats to the organization
- Recommend strategic initiatives for organizational improvement
- Recommend realistic goals and objectives for each initiative
- Recommend implementation tasks for the accomplishment of each objective
