East Lake Library Hosting Panel Discussion About Dealing With Anxiety, Depression and Other Symptoms
The East Lake Library is hosting a free panel discussion called "Telling Our Stories of Recovery". The discussion will center around a self-help philosophy developed by neuropsychiatrist Dr. Abraham Low.

The public is invited to attend a panel discussion sponsored by Recovery International: Telling Our Stories of Recovery at the East Lake Community Library.
The panel discussion will be held on the following dates-
- Tuesday, March 19 at 1:00 p.m.
- Tuesday, March 26 at 6:30 p.m.
Developed by Neuropsychiatrist Dr. Abraham Low, the self-help philosophy offers a proven method of recovery for individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, fears, frustration, panic, anger, and many other mental health symptoms.

The Recovery method can give anyone the tools to cope with their own daily struggles and issues and has helped tens of thousands of people lead more balanced lives, according to Recovery International.
There is no cost for attending the self-help meetings; however, a voluntary free-will offering will gladly be accepted.
