Last week, we showed you the most expensive home in East Lake, which is listed for sale at $2,995,000. This week, we're showing you a two-bedroom condo listed for $69,900.

It's no secret that prices for homes have dropped since the height of the real estate boom. Back in 2005, you probably would never have seen a home for sale in East Lake for $69,900. 

But, that's the price of a two-bedroom condo we found for sale on the AOL Real Estate Website.

This 1,155-square-foot condo is a short sale and is located in Ridgemoor's Ferrell Park complex. It has two baths and was built in 1993.
