Gulfport Health & Wellness Expo for All Ages

The Gulfport Health & Wellness Expo will feature free health screenings, presentations, speakers and interactive demonstrations on Wednesday, Feb. 6 at the Gulfport Casino Ballroom at 5500 Shore Blvd. S.

The event is free and open to all ages. Check your health stats with multiple health screenings including balance, stroke, glucose, cholesterol and info on nutrition as well as general health and hospital information. QiGong and Yoga Demonstrations Experience the Virtual Dementia Tour!

Guests can also buy fresh and health snack items and enter the raffle to win paintings by local senior artists and gift baskets donated by local businesses. The expo will help raise money for the Gulfport Senior Center Foundation.
