Michael Joseph Copas, 33, of St. Petersburg, was arrested by Gulfport Police on the charge of DUI, a misdemeanor. Copas was released on Dec. 16.

Melody Ann Rosenberg, 56, of Gulfport, was arrested by Gulfport Police on the charges of Grand Theft of $300 or more less than $5,000, a felony and violation of probation on the charge of Grand Theft, a felony. Bail is set at $2,000 for the first felony charge.

Saturday, Dec. 17

David Shivers, 45, of St. Petersburg, was arrested by Gulfport Police on two charges of obtaining property with a worthless check, both misdemeanors. Shivers was released on Dec. 18.
