Jail Bookings Report: Nov. 14 - 20
The following people were arrested in Gulfport from Nov. 14- Nov. 20. The information is provided by Gulfport Police and the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office.
Monday, Nov. 14
Eric M. Sconiers, 35, of Gulfport, was arrested by Gulfport Police on the charges of grand theft, a felony, and grand theft (motor vehicle), a felony. Sconiers posted $10,000 bail for both charges and was released on Nov. 15.

Fred Fludd, 39, of St. Petersburg, was arrested by Gulfport Police on the charges of attempted burglary of unoccupied dwelling, a felony, possession of burglary tools, a felony, possession of cocaine, a felony, possession of marijuana, misdemeanor, possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor, criminal mischief, a misdemeanor. Bail is set at $17,550 total for all six charges.
John Ernest Levitre, 43, of Gulfport, was arrested by Gulfport Police on an outstanding warrant. The charge is listed as CIR CIV #02006663FD025 PRG $1,000.00. Levitre was released on Nov. 16.

Thursday, Nov. 17
Laralee Margaret Garvin, 23, of Gainesville, was arrested by Gulfport Police on the charge of DUI, a misdemeanor. Garvin was released on Nov. 17.
Friday, Nov. 18
Mana Saleh Alduwees, 26, of Tampa, was arrested by Gulfport Police on the charges of possession of open container of alcohol, a misdemeanor, possession of marijuana, a misdemeanor. Alduwees posted $400 bail.
Abusaq Ibrahim, 19, address unknown, was arrested by Gulfport Police on the charges of possession of open container of alcohol while operating a vehicle, a misdemeanor and possession of marijuana, a misdemeanor. Ibrahim posted $400 bail.
Michael Shannon, 52, of St. Petersburg, was arrested by Gulfport Police on the charge of retail theft, a felony. Bail is set at $500.
James Gordon Vice, 66, of Gulfport, was arrested by Gulfport Police on the charge of sexual battery of a child under 12, a felony. Police say Vice was arrested after admitting to sexual activity with an 8-year-old girl in 2003.
Sunday, Nov. 20
Latonya Lashontae Blackshear, 34, of St. Petersburg, was arrested by Gulfport Police on the charge of FTA Yard Parking, a misdemeanor. Blackshear was released on Nov. 21.
David Randolph Vandervort, 55, of Gulfport, was arrested by Gulfport Police for outstanding warrants from Okaloosa and Pasco counties. The charges are for obtaining property with a worthless check. Vandervort posted $1,743 bail for both charges.
