Jail Bookings Report: Nov. 28-Dec. 4

The following people were arrested in Gulfport from Nov. 28-Dec. 4. The information is from Gulfport Police and the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office.

Tuesday, Nov. 29

Jackie Lindsey, 30, of St. Petersburg was arrested by Gulfport police on the charges of possession of paraphernalia (inhale, etc.), a misdemeanor, violation of probation possession of marijuana with intent to sell, a felony, two counts of felony driving while license revoked - habitual offender, fleeing and eluding a law enforcement officer, a felony. In all Lindsey faces five charges. Bail is set at $15,150 for four of the five charges.  

Charles Earl Lovett, 27, of Gulfport was arrested by Gulfport police on the charge of battery domestic, a misdemeanor. Lovett was released on Nov. 30.

Wednesday, Nov. 30

Gilberto A. Castellanos, 64, of St. Petersburg was arrested by Gulfport police on the charges of burglary-armed with assault/battery, a felony and battery-simple, a misdemeanor. Bail is set at $50,500 for both charges.

Mayre Starnes, 34, of St. Petersburg was arrested by Gulfport police on the charge of grand theft, a felony. Bail is set at $2,000.

Thursday, Dec. 1

David Alan Smith, 35, of Pinellas Park was arrested by Gulfport police on the charge of false verification of ownership, a felony. Bail is set at $2,000.

Friday, Dec. 2

Mark Michael Reynolds, 52, of Gulfport was arrested by Gulfport police on the charge of failure to appear on a petit theft charge, a misdemeanor. Bail is set at $2,513.00.

Sunday, Dec. 4

William G. Edward, 28, of Gulfport was arrested by Gulfport police on the charge of grand theft, a felony. Bail is set at $5,000.
