Dozens gathered at Clymer Park Monday night for the annual Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony and visit from Santa Clause himself.

Children of all ages performed holiday songs and Gulfport city leaders flipped the switch, lighting Gulfport's Christmas tree Monday night.

Santa Clause also came out to hear what the children of Gulfport wanted for the holidays. Santa arrived via firetruck instead of his sleigh, thanks to the Gulfport Fire Department. Check out our photos and please submit your own as well.
