• Santa Rosa approved development of 223 new homes in November (pnj.com) — More than five dozen new homes are planned for Holley as part of the Buckeyes Landing subdivision between Bob Tolbert Road and Broxson Road, with new neighborhood streets and access via Viking Avenue. The same round of Santa Rosa County approvals also greenlights additional subdivisions in Bagdad and Milton, signaling more growth and traffic impacts across the area.
