WINTER HAVEN, FL -- A second senior citizen has been accused of exposing himself at Florida's Lake Fanny.

Eighty-seven-year-old J. Marvin Johnson of Winter Haven allegedly exposed himself to a male undercover detective on Tuesday and solicited a sex act, according to the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

Last month, a 70-year-old Winter Haven man was accused of exposing himself at the same boat ramp.

"It hasn't been that long since we conducted a similar undercover operation at this boat ramp, and yet again we encountered a suspect who exposed himself to -- and solicited -- our undercover detective," explained Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd in announcing the second arrest.

Johnson, the octogenarian, was charged with exposure of sex organs and offering to commit lewdness. He was also issued a trespass warning from the boat ramp.

"Make no mistake: You will be arrested for this in Polk County," Judd warned. "We will not tolerate this illegal activity at our local parks and boat ramps."

Johnson was taken to the Polk County Jail on a $750 bond.

The arrest was part of an undercover investigation of Saddle Creek Park in Lakeland and the Lake Fannie Boat Ramp. The sheriff's office said the investigation was in response to complaints of lewd behavior.

The septuagenarian was also charged with exposure of sex organs and issued a trespass from all Polk County Parks.
