4 People Seriously Injured In Crash On Interstate 4 In Polk County
Following the crash, the two vehicles overturned and one burst into flames.

POLK COUNTY, FL —Four people were seriously injured Monday in a rollover crash on Interstate 4 in which one of the vehicles burst into flames.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, at 3:36 a.m., a car driven by a 21-year-old Windermere woman overtook and crashed into a sport utility vehicle driven by a 68-year-old Lakeland City man headed east on Interstate 4.
Both vehicles rotated onto the grass shoulder, overturned and the car driven by the Windermere woman burst into flames.

Both drivers along with a 43-year-old woman and a 64-year-old man riding in the SUV were hospitalized with serious injuries.
