Car Of Missing Man Found Submerged In Lake Martha: Police
The Winter Haven Police Department and Polk County Sheriff's Office have begun an investigation after the discovery of a car under water.

WINTER HAVEN, FL — A car belonging to a Winter Haven man who disappeared in August has been found Monday underwater in Lake Martha, according to Winter Haven police.
Densley Brown, 64, left his home on Palmetto Avenue in his blue Hyundai Sonata on Aug. 11 for a medical appointment due to chest pains, detectives said. He didn't show up to the appointment and has not been seen or heard from since then.
A boater saw the car in the water about 11:30 a.m. Monday, investigators said. Dive teams with the Polk County Sheriff's Office and Winter Haven Police Department were deployed shortly afterward. Authorities have not confirmed if Brown has been discovered inside the car. His family has been notified of the situation.
