Career Military Officer and Wife Open First Graze Craze Charcuterie

Couple realizes dream of entrepreneurship as franchise owners of the innovative dining concept that creates irresistible grazing-style board

Graze Craze®, the rapidly growing charcuterie concept known for its handcrafted grazing boards, boxes and more, opened a new store at 4525 Florida Ave. S., suite 30, in Alamo Plaza. The 1,200-square-foot specialty store is owned by Lyzette Bryant and her husband, Ira Bryant, a 32-year military service member.

Graze Craze is the leading creator of graze-style charcuterie arrangements. Each item on the menu is handcrafted by a team of artisans known as Grazologists™, who skillfully design beautiful food displays that incorporate a variety of flavors, colors and textures for the ultimate dining experience. Each grazing spread features high-quality ingredients that complement one another, including premium meats and cheeses, fresh fruits, crisp vegetables, house-made sauces, dips, jams and more.

“Graze Craze is fulfilling our dream to be entrepreneurs and business owners,” said Lyzette Bryant, who learned about the brand through Boots to Business, an entrepreneurship course offered to service members like Ira by the United States Small Business Administration. “Ira and I have always wanted to open a business and we’re excited to offer this unique dining concept to our neighbors in Lakeland, a community we love.”

Graze Craze boards provide options for every lifestyle, dietary preference and palate and are available in various sizes to cater to any occasion. They incorporate many flavors, like the fan-favorite Gone Grazey board, a perfectly balanced mix of cured meats, premium cheeses, crackers, fresh produce, nuts and more. The Vegegrazian is impeccably designed with a medley of fresh fruits and vegetables for anyone embracing a plant-based lifestyle. Those with a sweet tooth can enjoy the Sweet & Grazey, which is handcrafted using an abundance of desserts like chocolates and baked goods paired with sweet dips to accent their flavors.

As an alternative to the typical bagel-and-donut brunch lineup, the store offers a Brunch Board packed with breakfast meats, fresh fruits, eggs, pastries and more, providing an innovative gourmet twist on any morning routine.
