Street then drove into Lake County where deputies there said he didn't stop at a stop sign, so they tried to pull him over. Street then sped away from deputies and made it to his Davenport house.

Later, deputies found Street at his house, authorities said.

Deputies said Street confessed that he did hit the man and kept driving after he hit him.

Deputies took Street to the Polk County Jail where he is being held with no bond, according to arrest records.
