LAKELAND, FL — Heartland Crime Stoppers Florida is offering a $3,000 reward for information that leads to the identification and arrest of a dognapper.

According to Lakeland police, around 2:45 p.m. Oct. 13, a woman can be seen in a surveillance video grabbing a dachshund puppy from an open pen at All About Puppies in Lakeland, 4000 U.S. 98 N, Suite 301.

After grabbing the puppy, police said she concealed the dog in a large shoulder bag that she was carrying and then left the store.
