The design would also close the median opening at the intersection of County Line Road and Old Tampa Highway and add a new median opening at the driveway south of Old Tampa Highway. Traffic wishing to turn onto Old Tampa Highway from southbound County Line Road can take U.S. Highway 92 east to Clark Road as an alternate route.
The public meeting is being conducted to present the 30 percent design plans and to obtain input from elected and appointed officials, property owners and tenants, business owners and operators, and other interested parties. City staff and representatives from the design team will be available to discuss the project, receive input and answer questions. Display boards and other visual aids depicting the project will be available throughout the meeting.
