LAKELAND, FL — An underground utility project to install a sewer connection for a new subdivision that was previously slated to close North Wabash Avenue in Lakeland on Monday has been rescheduled to begin on Wednesday, Nov. 2 at 7 a.m.

North Wabash Avenue will be closed from Crutchfield Road to West 10th Street through Friday evening Nov. 11. Traffic will be briefly detoured along a short route using Chestnut Road to bypass the work zone.
