Operation Santa's Naughty List Nets 124 Arrests In Polk
Operation Santa's Naughty List, which targeted prostitution, human trafficking and child predators has netted 124 arrests in Polk County.

WINTER HAVEN, FL — Operation Santa's Naughty List, which targeted prostitution, human trafficking and child predators over a six-day period has netted 124 arrests, according to the Polk County Sheriff's Office.
"The primary purpose for these operations is to identify victims of human trafficking and those who prey on the victims, as well as the deviant child predators who stalk children online," explained Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd.
Judd is expected to release additional details of the operation, including the names of those arrested at a Wednesday morning press conference.

The charges range from soliciting to commit prostitution, soliciting for prostitution, deriving proceeds from prostitution, traveling to meet a minor for sex, using a computer to seduce, solicit, or lure a child to commit sex and drug possession.
"The Polk County Sheriff's Office, State Attorney's Office, and local police agencies also worked with anti-human trafficking organizations to assist some of the victims encountered during the operation," the sheriff's office said.
