Polk Pride 2022 Returns To Lakeland 'Prouder Than Ever'

LAKELAND, FL — Pride will return "Prouder Than Ever" to Lakeland Saturday after a two-year absence of annual LGBTQ+ celebrations.

Polk Pride 2022 will be kicked off at Swan Brewing, 115 W. Pine Street, Lakeland with "Pride On Tap," Saturday.

A lot of LGBTQ+ happenings for all ages are scheduled throughout the month of June. Patch has listed your Polk Pride 2022 events below:

• Pride On Tap, Swan Brewing, a raffle/auction event to benefit Polk Pride, June 11, 2-5 p.m., and a 21+ event from 9 p.m.-2 a.m.
• Pride For Youth, Lakeland Youth Alliance Pride Party, Skate World, Lakeland for ages 11-20, June 15, 6:30 p.m.
• Pride In Faith, An Interfaith Celebration Of Pride, Beacon Hill Fellowship, 220 W. Beacon Rd., Lakeland, June 16, 7 p.m.
• Pride Weekend Kickoff, Drinks, Dancing & Drag Queens, The Parrot for ages 21 and older, June 17, 9 p.m. - 2 a.m.
• Pride In The Park, A Celebration Of Pride For The Whole Family, Munn Park, 10 a.m.-3 p.m.
• Pride After Dark, Polk Pride 2022 Closing Party, The Parrot for ages 21 and older, June 18, 9 p.m. - 2 a.m.
