Reward Increased For Tips In Shooting Death Of Lakeland Teen
The reward is now $10,000 for information that leads to an arrest of whoever shot the 17-year-old.
LAKELAND, FL — Heartland Crime Stoppers Florida is increasing the reward for information on a shooting death that occurred in Lakeland Oct. 15.
The reward is now $10,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
At 10:17 p.m. Oct. 15, patrol officers responded to the Park at Palazzo Apartments, 3685 Victoria Manor Drive, for a report of a person with critical injuries.

When they arrived, they found a 17-year-old male teen with a gunshot wound inside an apartment. Officers began giving the teen aid until the Lakeland Fire Department and Polk County Fire Rescue arrived.
The teen was taken to Lakeland Regional Health, where he died a short time later.
