National Voter Registration Day Events At Polk Libraries
Polk County residents who need to change their voting address or those who need to register, can do so at a local participating library.

POLK COUNTY, FL — Just in time before Lakeland, Winter Haven and Fort Meade upcoming November municipal elections, new voters in the area can register Tuesday, Sept. 28 during National Voter Registration Day at a participating library, a news release said.
Current voters will also be able to update their record if they have moved, or changed their name. October 4 is the deadline to register to vote in Polk County’s November 2 municipal elections in Fort Meade, Lakeland and Winter Haven.
Registration tables will be set up for those needing to register.

Voter registration services will be available at the following locations:
Haines City Public Library, 111 N. 6th St., Haines City 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.

Lakeland Larry Jackson Library, 1700 N. Florida Ave., Lakeland 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Lake Wales Public Library, 290 Cypress Garden Ln., Lake Wales 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Mulberry American Legion Post 72, 1500 N. Church Ave. (U.S. Hwy 37), Mulberry 11a.m. - 1 p.m.
Auburndale Public Library, 100 W. Bridgers Ave., Auburndale 2 - 4 p.m.
Fort Meade Public Library, 75 E Broadway St., Fort Meade 2 - 4 p.m.
Winter Haven Public Library, 325 Ave. A NW, Winter Haven 2 - 4 p.m.
