1 Dead In Plane Crash, Polk County Sheriff's Rescue Divers Searching For More Casualties
The Auburndale Police Department confirmed at least one person has died from a plane crash at Lake Arietta.
AUBURNDALE, FL — UPDATE: At least one person died from the plane crash into a Polk County lake Friday afternoon, according to Auburndale Police Chief Andy Ray. The plane went 15 feet deep into the water during the crash. Polk County Sheriff's Office rescue divers have begun searching in the area of the crash for other fatalities.
