Polk County Utilities said about 50 residents were affected by a water main break on Tuesday
LAKELAND, FL — Polk County Utilities said about 50 residents were affected by a water main break on Tuesday. The incident occurred in the Shepherd Road area south of Lakeland.
"All of Grandfield at Poley Creek and three residences in the Poley Creek subdivision are without water while Utilities works on the water main," officials said.
Polk County Utilities estimated that water would be restored around 6 p.m. Tuesday.
