Missing Winter Haven Woman Found: Police
A 74-year-old woman who went missing Sunday has been located, deputies said.
WINTER HAVEN, FL — Betty Alphonse is safe, and has been reunited with her family, the Winter Haven Police Department said.

A 74-year-old Winter Haven woman left her home Sunday, and has been reported missing, the Winter Haven Police Department said on its Facebook page.

Betty Louise Alphonse was supposed to drive to Orlando to pick up her husband, but he told police he never saw her. Her husband informed police she's been showing signs of dementia.
Alphonse should be driving a white 2006 Ford Escape with Florida tag IQ84NA, according to authorities. She is possibly in the Fort Meyers area, investigators said. She did not take any of her medications with her.
