Woman Wanted For Taking Prescription Pills From Victim: Police

Detectives in Winter Haven are asking for the public's help identifying a lady caught on home surveillance footage breaking into a home.

WINTER HAVEN, FL — Detectives are looking for a woman who was caught on camera going inside a Winter Haven home Wednesday night, according to police.

The suspect went into the home in the 300 block of Lake Howard Drive NW, Winter Haven, at 7:34 p.m. while the resident was asleep. Video footage captured by house surveillance shows her rummaging through the victim's things. A few minutes later, she is seen taking a basket filled with prescription pills, and then left, the Winter Haven Police Department said.
