It's Friday, Dec. 30, and as the 2011 comes to a close, we wish you and yours a safe and happy holiday weekend!
- 2011 will end with beautiful weather. Today's high near 71 will drop to a low of about 49 this evening, according to the National Weather Service forecast. Saturday and Sunday will have highs in the mid-70s, with lows around 50.
