D & D Pressure Washing Cleans Up

D & D Pressure Washing was founded in Land O’ Lakes less than 6 months ago, and the company is already cleaning up.

“All of a sudden, we’re trying to go everywhere,” co-owner Dina Asuras said.

Word-of-mouth and referrals from happy customers have kept the couple busy from day one.

What makes them different?

“We go further and we treat your house like it’s our own,” co-owner Doug Drozd said.

It doesn’t hurt that the two genuinely enjoy what they do.

“It’s just so much fun to see things come clean,” Drozd said.

They don’t rush things, either.

 “If you go too fast, it leaves marks,” he said.

Attention to detail is important, Drozd said. The two take before and after photos, noting any pre-existing damage before they begin, and make sure the customer knows what to expect, he said.

D & D provides free, in-person estimates. “There is nothing standard” when it comes to pricing a job, Drozd said.

Turnaround time “depends on the day,” but same day service is possible, he said. Sometimes they are a few days out.

You always know who’s going to show up, though. 

“It’s just the two of us,” Asuras said.
